The kind of WPC louver board is also called co-extruded WPC louver, and it is belongs to the second generation WPC. Comparing with the classic WPC, there is protective layer which is modified polyethylene, this protective layer makes the products unparalleled performance and long-lasting aesthetics.

About Composition
For PE Co-extrusion composite louver boards , the protective layer is made from 100% modified HDPE, the core part is made from 55% recycled wood, 30% HDPE and 15% chemical additives.
One good WPC composite louver board mainly relies on the scientific ratio of chemical additives and good quality of recycled wood fibers and HDPE , But please note not all recycled wood fibers and HDPE can be used, so the raw material inspection is very important.
Toowin WPC composite louver boards are good for the environment too, which are made out of recycled wood fibers and high density polyethylene (HDPE), totally using 85% recycled materials.
